Neuro Emotional Technique (NET)

What is Neuro Emotional Technique (NET)?

Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) is a mind-body approach that focuses on identifying and alleviating stress related to emotional experiences. This technique can be particularly beneficial for clients experiencing speech and language difficulties, including those who stutter. It can also help people with jaw pain that can be triggered by stress. Emotional stress often plays a significant role in these challenges. Many stressful events of today can subconsciously remind us of unresolved past traumatic events.  These reminders can trigger a physiological response that are similar to what occurred in our bodies with the original event.  This can best be represented by visualizing a lemon.  Now, think about biting into the lemon.  Is your mouth watering?  For most people, it is.  What you are experiencing is your body’s natural physiological response to the memory of a lemon. By addressing the emotional components, NET helps to remove barriers and promote overall healing and improvement in communication.
